However, to change your phone number
or linked email address on PalmPay
Account, you must have your account
logged in to a PalmPay App.

PalmPay App, doesn’t mean that your
PalmPay wallet number will change. In
other words, the registered phone number
will remain the PalmPay Account Number.
This simply means, your PalmPay Account
Number can never be changed no matter

Follow these steps to successfully change
phone number on your PalmPay Account:
Step 1
Login to your PalmPay App and tap on
your profile image at the top-left corner of
your dashboard.
Step 2
Tap on “Mobile Number” Now, you will
required to input your PalmPay PIN to
proceed.
Step 3
Input your PalmPay PIN and tap Continue.
Next, input the new phone number and
tap continue.
Step 4
An OTP code will be sent to the new
phone number. Confirm the code and tap
on “Change”. The system will confirm
your actions and proceed with your
request.
You will get a notification that you’ve
successfully completed the change of
your PalmPay Account’s Phone Number.
Updating Your PalmPay
Email Address
Many people change their email address
on PalmPay due to lost access and
willingness to use new address. However,
if you’re willing to change email address
on your PalmPay Account, here is the

Step 1
Login to your PalmPay Account via app.
Tap on your profile pic at the top-left
corner of your app dashboard.
Step 2
Tap on “Email Address” and clear the old
email address to add new one.
Step 3
Input new email address as desire and
tap on “Change Email Address” as
highlighted in the image below.
Step 4
A confirmation email carrying code will be
sent to the new email address. Login to
your Emailing app to confirm the code, or
click on the link provided in the email to
confirm the actions.
Changing your PalmPay
Account Names
Yes, you can modifies your PalmPay
Account Names. But this comes with
terms and conditions. It’s important to let
you know that you can only modifies your
names on PalmPay and not change.
In other words, you can correct your
names on PalmPay with your valid ID that
indicates the correct names. To do that,
kindly login to your PalmPay App and tap
on your profile image at the top-left
corner of your app dashboard.
Tap on “Full Name” and you will be
provided with a “Apply to Modify Full
Name” form.
