Most of you are pleased to see the little bottles on
your trip, but you know that overdosing on alcohol is
not the greatest choice. When you’re getting a little
too intoxicated, flight attendants have the authority
to cut you off from the plane. Flying while inebriated
is against the rules, and flight attendants aren’t
allowed to give passengers additional drinks to get
them drunk.
Getting drunk on an aircraft is punishable by up to
two years in prison if you make a significant
disturbance. We also advise you to limit yourself to
one or two glasses of wine each day since the
shifting cabin pressure makes each glass more
potent than it would be on the ground.
