Nigerian international footballer Victor Osimhen signed a new contract with Napoli which will last till 2026. Now his agent has said why it happened.

Osimhen’s agent, Roberto Calenda, explained why they both decided that Osimhen should remain at Naples even after Napoli’s recent stunning blunder.

‘I represent Victor and I want what’s best for him. We’ve both wanted a renewal since the summer. Last summer, plenty of offers arrived, some monstrous ones, but De Laurentiis wanted to keep Victor and we made ourselves available. ‘
