Why I Returned to Chelsea – Lukaku Opens Up Romelu Lukaku has finally broken his silence why he chose to return to Chelsea. This is coming after his £97.5m signing from Inter Milan to Chelsea. Speaking on his return, the 28-year- old striker said: “I’m happy, blessed to be back at this wonderful club. I have supported Chelsea as a kid. “The way the club is going fits my ambitions perfectly and just coming off winning Serie A. “This opportunity comes at the right time and we can have a lot of success together,” Lukaku said.
