extravagant London mansion up for sale.
The mansion is to be sold at an asking
price of $41 million.
The Barbadian superstar has been renting
the North London mansion since 2018.
She also purchased a house in West
London for £7 million in June 2018 just to
be closer to her work – FENTY fashion
label.
Rihanna’s london mansion was built in the
19th century. The secluded eight-bedroom
house in the pricey St. John’s Wood
district covers 6,332 square feet. The
mansion also sits a home gym, private lift
and cinema room.
For a very long time, Rihanna ’s masion in
London was not known. It only came to
light in 2019 when she was spotted by
fans.
In an interview with CNN, the real estate
agent who help Rihanna rent the mansion
said actress, “It’s a very unique house —
it’s quite something.”
The real estate agent, Michael Sulkin said in
the interview that london mansion’s private
nature was large factor in Rihanna’s
choice.
