My name is Joseph Mlahaga and I am tiv by tribe from Vandeikya Local government of Benue state.
I was born on the 4th of September 1998 at General hospital vandeikya Benue state. I was born into a family of three and I am the last born (the only male child). My mom's name is Doom while my dad’s name is Mlahaga. My parents took off to Abuja shortly after my birth and based at jabi Dan, close to capital lake hotel. I did my primary education at St Joseph Nursery & primary school Jabi, Abuja. I & and my family later returned to Benue
state after been demolished from Abuja, during the Erufai’s Era. I then continued my education at Royal Academy secondary school, Katsina Ala.
And successfully graduated in 2014 at Anglican secondary school, Gboko. Music career: I started my music at the age of 10 immediately my parents returned from Abuja.I got to meet the likes of late Mc Cedar ( Radio Jato Aka) who mentored me and taught me how to dance.I belonged to his entertainment platform then known as Katsina Ala Talented singers (KATS). I had a tough time going for events then because my parents thought I was too small and young for that. He later on upgraded the crew into a big time entertainment company ( Evagrin Entertainment) where we had the likes of busta boogie, dreks, double J, codex, and lots more. I then left Katsina ala for Gboko to stay with my mom because she felt I was paying less attention to my studies. And in Gboko things got complicated. I had to start afresh. It was not easy at all. So I stayed on a low key until I graduated from secondary school. ( Although I went for school shows and talent hunts which made me a bit popular) Just after my graduation, I met a family relation who was into entertainment by name ( Tiza). We started a crew together (Magic eagle entertainment). We invited kids from our hood and began this gradually. We made about 3 to 4 shows and my name gradually became a street anthem in Gboko. I got a little record deal at CBMM (castle block music empire) stepped that stepped up my game and up till now I am seen as one of Gboko’s best talent. And lately I have not stopped.I have been dropping songs and videos. Pushing the brand gradually to greater heights i just pray i attain the level my fans want me to. I have been influenced by so many good musicians but these ones are exceptional: Mi abaga, Ice prince Zamani, Wandecoal, Kizz Daniel and not forgetting the African starboys Davido & Wizkid. It is so great to be a Nigerian.I mean Nigerians got talent and each time i get to see a beautiful well blended talent, I get inspired. I love music, like music is all i got. #Benuemusic to the #World
