Executive Director / CEO , National Primary Health Care Development Agency ( NPHCDA ) , Dr Faisal Shuaib disclosed this on Monday March 1 at the joint national briefing of the Presidential Task Force ( PTF ) on COVID - 19 , ahead of the arrival of Oxford - AstraZeneca COVID - 19 vaccines in the country on Tuesday March 2 .
