Sia dropped the second single from her
directorial debut Music on Thursday and the
soaring “Courage to Change” is exactly the
anthem of courage we need right now.
“You’re not alone in all this/ You’re not alone I
promise/ Standing together we can do
anything/ You’re not alone in all this/ You’re
not alone I promise/ Standing together we can
do anything,” she sings on the track, seeking a
ray of light in the darkness.
“The only thing that remains constant is
change. Now more than ever we need to pull
together to fight for humanity, social justice,
equality & so much more. It’s time for real
change,” reads the YouTube description of the
song.
The track ponders what legacy we leave behind
and the desire to live a life of purpose and
meaning amid the deluge of horrible news,
rising to a heart-swelling that asks, “Have I the
courage to change today?”
Back in May, Sia shared the first single from the
movie, the uplifting “Together,” which was
accompanied by a colorful video starring her
frequent collaborator dance Maddie Ziegler.
At press time there was no confirmed release
date for Music, which was announced at the
Venice Film Festival in 2015 and stars Kate
Hudson, Ziegler, and Hamilton star Leslie Odom
Jr.

It was nearly two weeks ago when Swae Lee
debuted his song “Dance Like No One’s
Watching” at Rolling Loud’s virtual event, and
now he delivers the studio version to the world.
The Rae Sremmurd artist has been promising
his fans a new project soon, considering they
haven’t received a full body of work from Swae
Lee since 2018.
His forthcoming album Human Nature is
expected to arrive in November 2020, and but
Swae has been putting in work. We’ve received
“Reality Check,” “Back 2 Back Maybach,” and,
“Someone Said” as drop off singles throughout
the year, and we can expect more from Lee and
the weeks move forward.
Swae was also featured on Pop Smoke’s
posthumous project Shoot for the Stars, Aim
for the Moon, and added vocals to Ellie
Goulding’s Brightest Blue.

After literally feeding fans with his
new McDonald’s campaign, Travis Scott has
decided to quench their thirst by dropping off
his new single, “Franchise.” Everything that
Travis Scott touches becomes a world-
stopping, mind-blowing event—even the release
of his new singles.
We’ve watched as his Cactus Jack partnership
with McDonald’s has resulted in a shortage of
products for the fast-food chain, and he’s even
connected with filmmaker Christopher Nolan to
cook up the theme song for the recently
released film Tenet. Travis Scott returns with
his latest effort “Franchise,” a track that
features Young Thug and M.I.A.
The rapper has also been hinting at a new
project, either Utopia or Live from Utopia, but
we’ll have to wait to learn if that’s a solo record
or a Cactus Jack collaborative album. As if the
release of “Franchise” wasn’t enough, Scott
revealed that the music video’s premiere would
be an IMAX experience in partnership with
Nolan.
Travis also recently told Zane Lowe how he
liked with M.I.A. “She reached out to me for
something for her album and we tracked it in
London,” he said. “She’s just one of my favorite
artists as human… When I finished the song, I
couldn’t think of nobody else that I could
probably just maybe like, body this sh*t.
You know what I’m saying? Body this sh*t like
as hard as anyone else, any other rapper, any
other artists. And just that presence, man. We
ain’t felt this presence in a long time. I’m just
trying to get this gig sh*t right man. We got to
get better, right? You know what I’m saying?
Like all of this, the energy man, music, beats,
raps, God! Everything, she’s the illest of all
time.”

And of course, we had to chef it up in the kitchen too! 🍴 We made a creamy, delicious Chicken Alfredo that’s perfect for dinner tonight while you tune in. Scroll down for the ingredients and step-by-step instructions to cook along with us. Trust me, this recipe is a vibe. 👇
Ingredients:
Heavy whipping cream (1 quart)
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Italian cheese (shredded)
Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Fresh basil
Alfredo sauce
Garlic paste
Chicken cutlets
Lemon
Vinegar
Fettuccine noodles
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Chicken bouillon
Adobo
Sazón
Old Bay
Tony’s seasoning
Eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs
Canola oil
Cooking Instructions:
Boil the Fettuccine Noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add your fettuccine noodles and cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Strain and set aside.
Clean & Season the Chicken
Put on gloves and wash the chicken cutlets with lemon and vinegar, making sure to remove all the slime.
Season the chicken generously with chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, adobo, sazón, and Old Bay (Taina’s fave 💁♀️). Let the chicken marinate while you prep the sauce.
Start the Sauce
In a medium skillet, pour in half a quart of heavy whipping cream to start. Add a handful each of mozzarella, Italian, and Parmesan cheeses, and whisk slowly over low heat.
Add garlic paste and season with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Tony’s seasoning, fresh basil, and a little Alfredo sauce. Keep whisking as it thickens, and slowly add more heavy whipping cream to get the perfect creamy consistency.
Bread & Fry the Chicken
Set up your breading station with bread crumbs, flour, and beaten eggs. Coat each chicken cutlet in bread crumbs first, then flour, and finally dip it into the egg wash.
Heat canola oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Bring It All Together
Toss the fettuccine noodles into the sauce, making sure they’re coated in all that creamy goodness.
Serve the noodles on a plate with the fried chicken cutlets on top. Garnish with fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan cheese if you’re feeling fancy.

Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe:
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Juice of half a large lemon
1.25 teaspoons stone ground mustard
1 teaspoon tamari soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt & few crack of pepper
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
Heaping 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
In a medium size bowl, add the grated garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce, salt & pepper. Whisk well.
Add the mayo, parm cheese, olive oil, and whisk very well. Check for seasoning. You may need more parm cheese or lemon. You want the flavor to be bold and aggressive.
Dressing will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days. You can buy anchovy paste in the tube if desired.

As Los Angeles faces its most destructive wildfires in history, tens of thousands of buildings have been destroyed, and hundreds of thousands have been forced to flee their homes.
The largest blaze, in the Pacific Palisades area, has burned more than 23,000 acres, making it the city’s worst fire on record.
To grasp the scale, the affected area stretches across large parts of lower Manhattan and Queens in New York.

Structures Burn as Palisades Fire Explodes to 1,200+ Acres
PACIFIC PALISADES, CA (CNS) – A brush fire driven by fierce Santa Ana winds scorched over 1,200 acres in Pacific Palisades Tuesday, damaging homes, forcing thousands to evacuate, and threatening over 13,200 structures. No injuries were reported.
The fire, reported around 10:30 a.m. near Piedra Morada and Monte Hermoso drives, quickly grew to 1,262 acres by mid-afternoon with no containment. Mandatory evacuations covered much of Pacific Palisades, displacing 30,000 residents. Evacuation routes clogged as vehicles were abandoned, and some residents fled on foot.
Evacuation centers opened at Westwood Recreation Center for people and Pierce College for large animals, while smaller animals were directed to the Agoura Animal Care Center. Air tankers and water-dropping helicopters joined firefighters battling the flames, but strong winds hindered containment.
Malibu issued evacuation warnings for areas between Carbon Beach Terrace and Las Flores Mesa Drive. By evening, the fire spread south to the coastline and west toward Malibu, jumping Tuna Canyon Road. Multiple structures, including homes and possibly parts of Palisades Charter High School, were destroyed.
The Getty Villa remained safe thanks to fire mitigation efforts, though vegetation on the site burned. Museum galleries were sealed off from smoke with state-of-the-art systems, and water storage and irrigation were deployed to protect the property.
Road closures included portions of the Pacific Coast Highway, the 10 Freeway, and Sunset Boulevard, complicating evacuation efforts.
Amid red flag warnings, officials anticipated worsening conditions overnight as winds intensified. Emergency declarations were issued by local and state authorities, with Governor Gavin Newsom securing federal assistance. President Joe Biden approved a Fire Management Assistance Grant to support firefighting costs.
City officials relocated students from several schools, including Palisades Charter Elementary and Paul Revere Middle School, to safer locations. The South Coast AQMD issued a smoke advisory, warning of unhealthy air quality and advising residents to stay indoors.
LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley and Mayor Karen Bass urged residents to comply with evacuation orders. “This is a very dangerous situation,” Bass said.
The fire's cause remains under investigation.
