Trust me, this recipe is a vibe. 👇 Ingredients: Heavy whipping cream (1 quart) Mozzarella cheese (shredded) Italian cheese (shredded) Parmesan cheese (shredded) Fresh basil Alfredo sauce Garlic paste Chicken cutlets Lemon Vinegar Fettuccine noodles Garlic powder Onion powder Black pepper Chicken bouillon Adobo Sazón Old Bay Tony’s seasoning Eggs Flour Bread crumbs Canola oil Cooking Instructions: Boil the Fettuccine Noodles Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add your fettuccine noodles and cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente. Strain and set aside. Clean & Season the Chicken Put on gloves and wash the chicken cutlets with lemon and vinegar, making sure to remove all the slime. Season the chicken generously with chicken bouillon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, adobo, sazón, and Old Bay (Taina’s fave 💁‍♀️). Let the chicken marinate while you prep the sauce. Start the Sauce In a medium skillet, pour in half a quart of heavy whipping cream to start. Add a handful each of mozzarella, Italian, and Parmesan cheeses, and whisk slowly over low heat. Add garlic paste and season with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Tony’s seasoning, fresh basil, and a little Alfredo sauce. Keep whisking as it thickens, and slowly add more heavy whipping cream to get the perfect creamy consistency. Bread & Fry the Chicken Set up your breading station with bread crumbs, flour, and beaten eggs. Coat each chicken cutlet in bread crumbs first, then flour, and finally dip it into the egg wash. Heat canola oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through. Bring It All Together Toss the fettuccine noodles into the sauce, making sure they’re coated in all that creamy goodness. Serve the noodles on a plate with the fried chicken cutlets on top. Garnish with fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan cheese if you’re feeling fancy. Don’t miss this juicy, heartfelt episode.
