Wizkid astonishingly unfollows colleagues except Naira Marley amid Davido’s ‘New Cat’ appeal

Nigerian Grammy award-winning maestro, Wizkid seemed to have been aggrieved by Davido’s recent ‘New Cat’ entirety.

Recall that in the recent trend, Davido sparked reactions among Nigerians after he identified the likes of Burna Boy as a ‘New Cat’ while further grouping his legacy with Fireboy, Rema and Asake.

This didn’t digest well with some fans who joined in the saga and took sides, some slammed Davido’s disdainful approach while some encircled his revelation as a perfect fact.

In the toll of this, Wizkid unfollowed every single person on his Instagram handle except the Marlian boss, Naira Marley who people identified as Wizkid’s latest close friend.


However, some sources have stressed that he was just portraying his choice of temperament as the saga continues to trend.
